How do I use Worlds Best Cream?
Simple apply the cream to the area of pain and rub in until absorbed. There is a lot of spreadability to the cream so as much as a pea size amount will be enough to cover the surface area on the top of an adult hand easily.

How do I use WBC Terminator?
Shake the bottle well to mix the contents and then roll the applicator ball over the area of pain until fully covered. You can use the roller ball to assist with spreading and rubbing in the liquid or you may use your hand to rub the liquid over the area. Wash hands after use to insure not to get any in eyes.

How do I use WBC Copper Bath Salts?
Place 1/3 cup in bath full of water. Foot Soak: place 2 tbsp. in foot bath. Soak for 15 minutes. Relax and enjoy the aromatherapy.

How much of Worlds Best Cream do I apply?
A pea size amount is enough to cover the tops of most hands. Use less for small hands and more for large hands. A dime size amount would be sufficient to cover areas such as lower back, shoulder, hip, knee etc. There is a lot of spreadability to the cream so ensure to spread it sufficiently over the area and rub in until absorbed. The cream should absorb easily and quickly. If it is not, then you may have used to much and need to spread it over a larger area.

How do I get copper in my diet?

Foods such as seafood, beans, liver, almonds, avocados, barley and garlic and many more are excellent sources of copper. There are also traces of Copper in drinking water that flows through Copper piping. If you cook with Copper cookware you are getting the benefits of Copper.

How long will the effects of Worlds Best Cream last?

The length of time the effect last will vary from person to person which is why we recommend people apply the cream 3-4 times daily for the first week and decrease use as needed.  Many people within a month of using Worlds Best Cream will go down to using the cream 1-2 times a day or even every second day and only apply as needed if there is pain.
